Technician was courteous and knowledgeable, neat and clean, but really only had to work 15, maybe 20 minutes. I did get a veteran discount. I'm satisfied, just cost more than I thought it would! And my heater is now working properly before this first cold snap hits, and money in the bank won't keep me warm!

Where do we begin? Came home today (to a house we just closed on in late June) around 4:30 p.m., and the muggy, warm air hit us as soon as we opened the door. We discovered that the unit had been off completely since around 2 p.m. We performed a Google search for any 24-hour emergency HVAC service, and Anytime's info popped up. We gave them a call, and they worked us in the SAME day, between 6-8 p.m. We received a text informing us of the ETA, and that text gave us our technician's info, and even sent a pic for safety purposes. How awesome is that! TJ was our tech, called us around 7:20-ish, and said he'd be at our house in 10 min (and he was, therefore keeping their word on the ETA, which is rare). TJ did in fact match his pic! From the very beginning, super respectful, thorough, and most importantly, honest! He was able to quote AND fix our problem the same night, within a very reasonable time. Price is something different, because we could actually afford it. The words 'Above & Beyond' were created for this company. They've set a bar so high, I doubt it can be met by anyone but them. Infinite gratitude for them, and especially for TJ and his immense knowledge. Saying thank you doesn't really cover it, so we've chosen to become lifelong members of theirs instead.
