The words 'Above & Beyond' were created for this company.
Where do we begin? Came home today (to a house we just closed on in late June) around 4:30 p.m., and the muggy, warm air hit us as soon as we opened the door. We discovered that the unit had been off completely since around 2 p.m. We performed a Google search for any 24-hour emergency HVAC service, and Anytime's info popped up. We gave them a call, and they worked us in the SAME day, between 6-8 p.m. We received a text informing us of the ETA, and that text gave us our technician's info, and even sent a pic for safety purposes. How awesome is that! TJ was our tech, called us around 7:20-ish, and said he'd be at our house in 10 min (and he was, therefore keeping their word on the ETA, which is rare). TJ did in fact match his pic! From the very beginning, super respectful, thorough, and most importantly, honest! He was able to quote AND fix our problem the same night, within a very reasonable time. Price is something different, because we could actually afford it. The words 'Above & Beyond' were created for this company. They've set a bar so high, I doubt it can be met by anyone but them. Infinite gratitude for them, and especially for TJ and his immense knowledge. Saying thank you doesn't really cover it, so we've chosen to become lifelong members of theirs instead.

My A/C went out about two months ago, which was very inconvenient considering it was the dead middle of summer, and to make it worse, I have a stay-at-home wife and two children who are homeschooled, so needless to say things were getting hot, very hot. But Ian at Anytime Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. He came over to price out what we wanted (whole new HVAC system in the house and mini split system in garage loft), and after seeing and feeling the heat in our home, he sprung into action, getting us portable A/C units while his bright top-tier technicians Daniel and Landon began saving us and our home. Let me tell you, these dudes were machines—they got it all done in 3 days, even in the rain, and just in the nick of time too because I have surgery coming up. Long story short, these guys were lifesavers and a blessing. Very professional and courteous and diligent. These three gentlemen are the standard of HVAC work. Thank you guys so much.

This is my second time dealing with this company and Caleb after a very poor experience with another company. This place's prices are equitable or better but what really sets them apart is at least this staff member. He is very personable and gets the job done. He always seems to go above and beyond with the tasks and you never feel like he just wants to leave. He gives you time, dedication, and patience and truly makes you feel valued. This post does not possess enough characters for me to really depict how grateful I am for finding this company. No extra fees for weird hours or late calls. Punctual. Can usually even fix unknown or unexpected tasks on the spot or the next day. Anytime you guys need to give this guy a raise. He single-handedly gave you at least 2 new families as customers (one with 2 handlers and 2 condensers and one with an all-in-one plus 2 handlers and 2 condensers) in 1 day. I'll always ask for him.
