What an HVAC Maintenance Visit Includes

Professional maintenance looks beyond a single component. We inspect the full HVAC system and complete specific cleaning and system checks to assess its condition.

During the appointment, our technician:

  • Inspects the full heating and cooling system.
  • Checks the air filters and replaces them when needed.
  • Verifies refrigerant levels.
  • Lubricates moving parts.

One-Time Service & the Anytime Maintenance Plan

You can request a one-time cleaning and inspection without enrolling in an ongoing maintenance agreement. This option provides a complete visit when your system is due for professional attention.

The Anytime Maintenance Plan includes two cleaning and inspection visits each year. Members also receive priority scheduling, a reduced diagnostic fee, and 15% off repairs. Additional HVAC units can be included for an additional fee.

HVAC Maintenance Timing for Huntsville Homes

We recommend maintenance twice a year: once in spring before cooling season and again in fall before heating season. This timing lets us assess the system before it operates through a demanding stretch of hot or cold weather.
